FAQ's

Q. Do I need to supply any tools?

No, we have all the tools required to assemble your furniture, so you don't need to worry about allen keys, drills or a screwdriver to assemble your flatpack.

Q. Will you take the packaging away?

Unfortunately we are unable to remove packaging as were not licensed waste carriers.

Q. Which brands of flatpack furniture do you assemble?

We've assembled furniture from most of the mainstream manufacturers and a few of the lesser known.

Q. Do you attach furniture to walls?

Yes we do, We can't take responsibility for the attachments used, or the suitability of the wall to except the fixing and furniture being attached to it.

Q. What should I do before you arrive?

We recommend that you clear enough space for us to work in and check that all parts of the flatpack are present and undamaged.

Q. Parts of the flatpack are broken or missing?

If you discover this before we arrive call us and cancel the job.  If we make the discovery after we've arrived we can write a report to help you get a replacement, unfortunately you will still be liable to pay for our time.

Q. Do you offer fixed prices?

On most items we're happy to offer a maximum capped price or charge the hourly rate, whatever works out to be the cheapest is what you'll pay.

Q. Will you move existing furniture around my room?

As your paying for our time we will happily do this, to help create a work space or accommodate your new furniture layout.

Q. Do I get a guarantee?

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
